IT Systems Support Technician / Helpdesk

J-BIT Tech, LLC, an equal-opportunity employer, is searching for an IT Support Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues for our clients. Your technical expertise and excellent customer service skills will be crucial as you work to resolve a wide range of technical issues and ensure that our clients leave our store satisfied with the service they received.

Minimum requirements for applicants include:

Strong understanding of computer hardware and software

Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems

Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-
Must be able to move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
​
The IT Support Technician is responsible for the following duties:
-
Answering Helpdesk Calls & Troubleshooting Client Issues
-
Responding to Help Request Via Email
-
Remote Assistance & Triage
-
Support Desk dispatch and triage.
-
Documentation of systems and procedures.
-
Must be professional and courteous with clients at all times.
-
Will be responsible for troubleshooting to completion or escalation
-
Must have strong research and critical thinking skills
Schedule:
-
Monday - Friday
-
20 - 40 hours per week

Education & Experience:

HS Diploma or equivalent.

1-year Experience or A+ Certification or equivalent experience & training
